1. Top seal 2. Second seal The injection pump has two covers. Cover 1 is the cover for the electronics. Cover 2 is the cover of the mechanics. I you know that only the top cover is leaking then you are lucky. If you want to change both cover seals you will need to readjust the pump later. The adjustment is done by moving the top and second cover assembly back and forth in relation to the main body (the rest of the pump under line 2).

I used a short connection via a 2 way connector to allow easy disconnection from the loom. this will be wrapped up in loom tape once I'm happy it's working to stop moisture getting in. I'll also try and get some boots for the ring connectors on the pump itself. I haven't tested it yet as injection pumps get very poorly when run with no fuel in them so I'll wait for start up day
