Heres my problelm: When I plug the wire into my controlled from the headset, I can hear game volume but not any chat volume. Yes I have played with the chat/game slider on the side of the headset. When I plug my controller in with the line in audio jack I can get chat volume and my mic works, but I dont get any game audio. The headset came with two different PS4 audio jacks. Ive tried them both and they dont work. Is there something Im missing here or should I take it back and get a new one?
